ABS-CBN Corporation filled a lawsuit before the US Federal District Court against a website(KissAsian) for damages of over $8 million on infringement of trademarks and registered copyrights of 27 television shows and movies on February 17, 2017.
KissAsian.com is a video-streaming website which was found to be rebroadcasting 27 of ABS-CBN's TV shows and movies. The TV network said that filing a case is for stepping up its anti-piracy enforcement.
"These pirate sites often victimize our fans when they access these sites and are later attacked by malware which steals their financial and personal data. We are going after every pirate wherever they live and operate," ABS-CBN's Assistant Vice President of Global Anti-Piracy Elisha Lawrence said in a statement.
Well, I can't agree about this stealing of personal data because you don't need to log-in to this website to stream your favorite shows. The're is also a comment of a certain user that he said,

ABS' is just O.A.. Even the Original Creator/Producer/T.V. and Channel don't complain about this, they use this as a free advertisement on their shows and artist, that's why their actor/actress is very Popular in all over the WORLD..

Well the solution is just simple remove what ABS' want to remove.
Many KFans are worried about this because they thought that KissAsian will be Down. But don't worry, like we said, the solution is just simple remove what ABS' want to remove.
Or Even if this site will be down, the staff will do their best to make it alive again. Several months ago KissAsian is Down because of a hacker (also its sister site KissAnime) but now both site are working fine and serving Fans around the World.
