People of the Philippines, yes this is the 10 Problems before he sat on the Presidential seat. We all know President Duterte for he is now worldly known. Thanks to TIME 100: The Most Influential People of 2017, Our President WON the 1st Place.
Now we all fell safe for he is now the President of our Country, but here are the 10 Problems we saw when he is still not the one who is leading us. Here are our Top 10 of the list
10. The lack of local opportunities for promising graduates
- For the past years/decades Philippines had a large population of OFW(Overseas Filipino Worker)/migrant workers abroad. We all know what is the cause, this is the lack of opportunities here in our country. For the Promising graduates almost of them want to work abroad for the salary is bigger than here. For Example I am a College I.T. Student 2nd yr. going to 3rd year this June, I'm planning on working here locally but the opportunity and compatibility of my work does not meet, many opportunities but not what i studied for or no opportunities but is is compatible with my work. But the good example is the Nursing Students and Graduates, they Study Nursing but when they work it far from what they study for like sales lady or a call center agent etc.. Although as of now this is still not solve,but the President said that he is bringing a Billion Pesos of opportunities from the middle east.
9.Unemployment and Housing for minimum and below minimum salary
-This is the problem same as #10 Unemployment. Lack of opportunities =(equals to) Unemployment. In the rural areas of our country here we can say that it is lacking on available jobs so what do we do? We went to the big cities like Cebu,Manila,Davao etc.. For in this cities we can find jobs even if it is out of our Graduated Course,we apply for this is it an opportunity. Housing, this is also a BIG Problem. The Philippines is the one in South East Asia that will experience first the Typhoon/Storm/Cyclone etc. before it will hit on the other country nearby. We are at the Storm track. Just like Super Typhoon Yolanda, many people lost their house and many of them lost their love ones. Now what did the Current administration on that time did? Yes they build houses, thousand of it. Country all over the world donate millions and sum it all BILLIONS! But what did they built? A Plywood house. WTF! Where did that Billions went!? On our officials pocket? Now that is a big mystery or is it really a mystery? This is a BIG PROBLEM before Duterte seated.
8. Lack of Reliable Infrastructure and Transportation
-Well we all know this by the magnitude 7.9 hit on Bohol, unreliable infrastructure. Many BIG and Newly built houses tore down by this earthquake (especially near the epicenter). Also in City of Manila, we don't know but many of the building there are built with below standard qualities components. Now for the Transportation, we all know LRT, MRT. This is the major public trains in Metro Manila that Thousands of people ride it everyday to go to their work. But this trains are old and more of that are 2nd hand from other country. We heard it on mainstream news that LRT is not running or the MRT also, Now that is Unreliable even though they earn thousands or millions a month or year. Now that's weird, considering its earning a day/month. People need to line up VERY early in the morning if you want to ride and arrive early for your work. Now on the inside of the Trains well of course just like a sardines. For the PUV(Public Utility Vehicle) and PUB(Public Utility BUS), TRAFFIC, ACCIDENT , TRAFFIC , ACCIDENT. What can I add? For the PUB their problem is they unload/load passengers on NOT unload/loading areas.
7. Agricultural Reform and National Industrialization
-Expensive FOODS! A kilo of rice at almost 1$(50PhP). Farmers,fishermens,gardeners etc. they are the one that plant rice and vegetables that needed in our daily lives. Without them we have no rice or even bread or meat,chicken or beef. Now the last Administration really have no reform for this. No even if there is a bill still not enough. Did you know that they are one of the poorest people in our country then you turn head to them? National Industrialization, proper heavy industries. It is for FULLY SELF EFFICIENT COUNTRY. Until know we still have importing and exporting goods. The Past admin? DUHH..
6. Politics as a popularity game by Politicians
- As in the Title If you're a good politician but not popular then sorry. If your popular but not good or you know then prepare for your seat. As simple as that, good politicians tend to be out because either they are not popular or their rival is popular. Well we can't really deny this or ignore this topic for it is true no matter how good you are or you have a clean conscience if you're unpopular then sorry. Well as a politician you need to be popular but not in a bad way or just to be seen on television. This is the problem politicians move when it is time for election to be popular that they are doing something. Then what did they do from their early years? Well... Nothing..as far as I know many politicians are like this.. but not DUTERTE!
5. This so called Red Tape in the Government or in the LGU(Local Government Unit)
-This is the cause of slow industrialization slow approval of papers in the mayor's office or in the governor's office, but popularly on mayors. This is commonly on cell tower/sites like Globe and Smart/PLDT red tapes appear on this because of Permission papers they need to build a tower. Red tapes are the cause of slow LTE coverage areas in our country. Good example of red tapes are in rural areas in LuzViMinda. And the good example of no red tapes is in City of Davao where the Duterte's are there. This problem is still on air until now for it is really hard for our President to tore down corruption himself so he needs our help.
4. Poverty
-As clear as a sunny day, POVERTY. This is one of the MAJOR Problems even great nations is still solving or quit solving it. No Other cause than this top 10 Problems from 1-10 this is effect of all of that POVERTY!
3. Useless Politicians
-Yes they are problems what do they do? They just seat and do nothing except making their stomach big as h*ll. Criticizing politicians doing good. Want their names?

2. Large Crime Rate Cause by Drugs and DRUG Lords,Dealers,Users and Addicts
-Yes before the Duterte Admin large Crime rate everywhere in the Philippines. Rape, Murder,Homicide, Shooting while Riding in Tandem, Pick Pocket,Unsafe road when dark and your alone(especially for girls) , Kidnapping, Carjacking, Thief, Rape Murder,Drug Dealers,Drug addict rampaging etc., this is when the past admin is still in lead. But when the Duterte Admin did you recently hear these words? Rape,Murder, thief? No! Right recently Drug Users Killed by police,thief apprehended and pursuing Death penalty on Rape. Now tell me ex-President and Useless Senators when you are seating there with your power did you do something. No right, just making you f**king stomach big as h*ll. Well Drugs, the past admin do nothing about this that is why it became no.2 in our list.
1. Nation Wide Corruption
-No more explanation needed. Corruption even a kid know this. Even Great nation have this.
